(“we”, “our”, or “us”) and use of our services, including payment of membership fees through our website. By becoming a member or renewing your membership, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Membership Eligibility Membership is open to local businesses, individuals, and organisations who support the objectives of the Chamber. We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application or renewal at our discretion. 2. Membership Fees and Payments Membership fees are payable annually or monthly (where offered), and the current rates are displayed on our website or as advised via invoice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment platform. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct and that payments are made on time. Membership becomes active once payment is received in full (unless paying via a monthly plan). 3. Membership Tiers We offer the following membership options: Full Membership – $110/year or $33/quarter Designed for businesses and includes full access to member benefits such as legal and HR support, business templates, and advocacy services via our partners CCIWA and RCCI. Non-Business Membership – $55/year For individuals, community members, or supporters who are not operating a business. This tier does not include access to CCIWA or RCCI benefits. All memberships are payable via Stripe (credit/debit card), and tax receipts are issued automatically. Quarterly memberships auto-renew every 3 months unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may change your membership level at renewal or by request. 4. Refunds and Cancellations Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. in the case of a duplicate payment or error). Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the term. 5. Member Conduct By joining, members agree to: Act respectfully and professionally at all Chamber events and in all dealings with other members. Support the objectives of the Chamber and promote the local business community. Not use membership for unauthorised commercial solicitation or personal gain contrary to Chamber values. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for breaches of these terms. 6. Privacy We collect and manage personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
